A. 
Migratory Waterfowl—Definition. Any species of geese, birds commonly known as swans, river and sea ducks, and any other waterfowl falling under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Conservation Commission or otherwise defined by the Commission as migratory waterfowl.
B. 
Feeding Prohibition. No person shall feed any migratory waterfowl, or create any condition or allow any condition to exist which results in a congregation or congestion of migratory waterfowl which:
1. 
Results in an accumulation of waterfowl feces or droppings;
2. 
Results in damage to flora, fauna, or private property;
3. 
Results in a threat to the public health, safety or welfare;
4. 
Results in a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of migratory waterfowl;
5. 
Results in pollution of the lake and/or surrounding property.
C. 
Fine. The fine for violation with this Section shall be covered under Section 100.040: General Penalty and shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day, per violation; or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
