When reference is made in this Chapter to any other ordinance
of the City, or any Section thereof, or to any State law, the reference
shall apply to all amendments and additions to such ordinance, Section
or State law.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter
shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct
offense.
