Jefferson County, MO Article VII International Energy Conservation Code 2015 — Amendments

Section 500.440 Additions, Insertions, Deletions and Changes.

A. The International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 Edition, is hereby amended as follows:

1. C101.1. Delete And Insert In Lieu Thereof The Following: Title. This code shall be known as the "International Energy Conservation Code of Jefferson County, Missouri," hereinafter referred to as "this code."

2. Section C109. Delete Entire Section. (Refer to Jefferson County Building Code Section 500.280.).

3. Chapter 4 [CE]. Delete entire chapter.

4. Chapter 5 [CE]. Delete entire chapter.

5. R101.1. Delete And Insert In Lieu Thereof The Following: Title. This code shall be known as the "International Energy Conservation Code of Jefferson County, Missouri," hereinafter referred to as "this code."

6. Section R109. Delete entire section. (Refer to Jefferson County Building Code Section 500.280.)

7. Chapter 4 [RE]. Delete entire chapter.

8. Chapter 5 [RE]. Delete entire chapter.
