Easements for the electrical distribution system and street
lighting are required. Easements must be cleared of trees, overhanging
limbs and other obstructions as deemed necessary by the City of Harrisonville.

A. Street
lighting shall be required in all subdivisions. The location of street
lights must be approved by the City Electric Department.
B. Street
light easements are required and must be a minimum of ten (10) feet
in width.
C. The
customer shall reimburse the City for the street lighting material
and installation costs, per the Master Fee Schedule.

A. Electric
facilities shall be installed to within five (5) feet of the furthermost
property line(s) as necessary to serve the development and future
development(s).
B. For
any and all other requirements not specifically listed in this Section,
please see the Harrisonville Electrical Service Policy. Any terms,
conditions, requirements, regulations, definitions, or language found
in both this Section and the Harrisonville Electrical Service Policy
shall be controlled and determined by the latter.

The Harrisonville Electric Department shall not surface locate
the position of any underground utilities for any person or entity
other than the City of Harrisonville, Missouri. The City of Harrisonville,
through the City Administrator, may authorize the Harrisonville Electric
Department to locate underground utilities for other governmental
and quasi-governmental entities pursuant to any mutual aid arrangement
or agreement.
