The following words and phrases used in this Part shall have
the meanings hereinafter ascribed to them unless the context clearly
indicates otherwise:
Any liquid intended for human consumption containing more
than 1/2 of 1% by volume of alcohol.
Having a substance upon the person or being in control of
a substance not physically upon one's person.

From and after the effective date of this Part, it shall be
unlawful for any person to possess or consume any intoxicating beverage
in or upon any property owned or leased by the Borough Council of
the Borough of Middleburg or by the Middleburg Municipal Authority.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in
default of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed
30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
