A. 
The rate of Operation, Maintenance and Replacement for Collection and Treatment (ROSI) of sewage and Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) in dollars per 1,000 gallons used shall be based on the following equation:

This rate shall be in accordance with § 135-50A.
A minimum of 3,000 gallons for each three-month period shall be used for billing purposes according to § 135-50A.
