Any returned or unfunded check submitted to the Borough of Lansdale
for payment of any amount due and owing to the Borough shall be subject
to a monetary charge to reimburse the Borough for the administrative
costs of the processing of the unfunded check. Said charge shall be
set by resolution of Borough Council.
