No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted waters such as stormwater, ground water, roof rain, subsurface, drainage or collecting water to any sanitary sewer.
No person shall discharge wastes into a public sewer within the Sanitary District, except in accordance with the provisions of the Sewer Use Ordinance adopted 7-23-1985, the GBMSD ordinance, as amended from time to time.
No provision contained in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting any special agreement between the Village and any person whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be admitted to the wastewater collection and treatment facilities, either before or after pretreatment, provided that there is no impairment of the functioning of the wastewater collection and treatment facilities by reason of the admission of such wastes.
No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any waters, wastewaters or other substances of any kind or nature that will result in or otherwise cause a violation of any general permit for bypassing issued by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and held by the Village.
