As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.
Location
Eighth Street, on the north side between Savannah and Nebraska Streets.
Fifth Street between Nebraska and Savannah Streets.
Fifth Street, on the south side from State Street one-half (1/2) block west to the north-south alley of block five, original town of Mound City.
Fourth Street between State and Savannah Streets, on the north side and east one-half (1/2) of Fourth Street.
Hill Street between Hickory Street and Walnut Street.
Nebraska Street from the south line of Section Thirty Cemetery Road (Holt 180) to the swimming pool parking lot except for the south three hundred (300) feet of the west side thereof.
Nebraska Street, on the west side for a distance of thirty (30) feet north of the intersection with Seventh Street and thirty (30) feet south of its intersection with Eighth Street during school hours.
Nebraska street, along the east side.
Ninth Street from State Street to Savannah Street.
North Street between Nebraska Street and Northridge Drive.

Savannah, on the east side between Seventh and Eighth Streets.
Savannah Street, on the west side except between Fourth and Fifth Streets.
Seventh, on the north side between Mill and Mound Streets.
Seventh Street from the west City limits to Railroad Street.
Seventh Street, on the north side between Nebraska and Savannah Streets.
Seventh Street, on the south side between Savannah and Mound Streets except that during Sunday church services, legal holidays and days on which funerals may be held at the Methodist Church, parking shall be permitted between Nebraska Street and Mound Street.
Sixth Street, on the south side from Savannah Street one-half (1/2) block west to the alley in block seven in the original town of Mound City.
Sixth Street, on the south side between Nebraska and Savannah Streets.
State Street, on the east side between Eighth and Tenth Streets.
State Street in said City within forty (40) feet of the north end of the bridge across Davis Creek nor within fifty (50) feet of the south end of said bridge.
State Street, on the west side between Eighth and Tenth Streets, except for the first (1st) one-half (1/2) block north of Eighth Street for a maximum of one (1) hour.
The alley running from "A" Street south, between Nebraska Street and Savannah Street.
The alley running from Fifth Street south, between Nebraska Street and Savannah Street.

Location
Eighth Street between Railroad and Nebraska—except for delivery trucks and not in excess of thirty (30) minutes for loading and unloading (includes farm machinery).
Fifth Street between Railroad Street and Nebraska Street.

Railroad Street between Seventh Street and Eighth Street.
Savannah Street
Seventh Street
Sixth Street between Railroad Street and Savannah Street.
Sixth Street between Savannah and Nebraska Streets in excess of thirty (30) minutes.
State Street
In any parking areas wherein angle parking is permitted for other motor vehicles, except on the north side of Fifth Street between State Street and the alley lying to the west of State Street for the first (1st) half (1/2) block west of State Street.

Vehicles shall be parked at an angle to the curb indicated by the marking or signs on the following designated streets or parts of streets.
On the south side of Sixth Street for the first (1st) half (1/2) block east of State Street.
On the north side of Fifth Street for the first (1st) half (1/2) block west of State Street.

In accordance with Section 355.100 of this Title, it shall be unlawful to park or stand any motor vehicle in such space unless such motor vehicle displays a distinguishing license plate or placard issued pursuant to Sections 301.070 or 301.141, RSMo. The following locations are hereby established and designated as handicapped parking spaces:
A space forty (40) feet in length on the east side of State Street and beginning approximately fifty (50) feet north of 5th Street.
Two (2) spaces in the parking lot at City Hall Park.
The first parking space, approximately eighteen (18) feet in length, on the east side of State Street just south of Sixth Street.
