A fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the gross revenue received
or one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged for the use of any
park facility for an event or activity which has the sole purpose
of raising funds for any activity or purpose. This shall be in addition
to any other fees established for the use of said facility.

A fee shall be charged for the use of recreational fields No.
1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 8, No. 9 and No. 10 of four hundred twenty-five
dollars ($425.00) per season schedule as a maintenance fee for said
field and a single-night use of recreational fields for organized
events shall be charged a nightly fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
for a two (2) hour block per night plus light fees if applicable.
In addition, on ball fields No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7 a fee shall be
charged for the use of these fields, including practice, of six hundred
dollars ($600.00) which includes light usage for a two (2) hour block
per season on schedule. These fees may be waived on recommendation
of the Park Board and approval of the City Council.

A. The
Festus Park Board of the City of Festus, Missouri, is hereby authorized
to establish fees for the renting of the Old Band Building.
B. The
fees for the renting of the Old Band Building are hereby established
as follows:
1. Maximum occupancy of fifty (50) people.
2. Rental fee, per day plus a refundable cleaning deposit to be determined
by the Park Supervisor after consulting with the City Administrator:
$50.00.
3. Usage period 5 Hour Block 6:00 A.M. — 6:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. to
Midnight.

The following additional fees shall be charged for the usage
of pavilions:

A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) reservation fee shall be charged
on all park athletic fields for a two (2) hour block. League fees
will be increased to four hundred twenty-five dollars ($425.00) for
field No. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10, and six hundred dollars ($600.00)
for field No. 5, 6, and 7 which includes light usage for a two (2)
hour block for practice.

A deposit fee for cleanup for the use of all ballfields of fifty
dollars ($50.00) for a single usage shall be charged as maintenance.
If litter is not cleaned up, the league will forfeit the fifty dollar
($50.00) fee on deposit. An additional fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit
will be required before the next game or practice. If the team complies
with the cleanup rule, then at the end of the season the fifty dollars
($50.00) will be refunded.

There shall be a field use fee for all profit ball tournaments
on all City fields of four hundred twenty-five dollars ($425.00) per
field, which covers a weekend tournament and a separate light fee
of fifty dollars ($50.00) per field. This fee can be waived or adjusted
by Festus Park Board. In addition to the field use fee, there will
be a cleanup deposit in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00), which
will be refunded or forfeited if litter is not cleaned up after tournament.
