No mobile home, supported by either a temporary or permanent
foundation or by wheels, jacks or skirtings, shall be parked on any
public street or alley or any public property of any kind for a period
exceeding twenty-four (24) hours.

No mobile home, supported by either a temporary or permanent
foundation or by wheels, jacks or skirtings, shall be used as living
quarters by any person within the City for a period exceeding seventy-two
(72) hours outside of a mobile home park.
