A. 
The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in any City park is hereby prohibited unless such possession or consumption is done in conjunction with the rental of a pavilion in a City park or the Tappmeyer House under permit issued by the Department of Recreation.
B. 
Glass containers, including glass beverage containers, are prohibited in municipal parks in the City of Creve Coeur excepting glass containers inside the Tappmeyer House in Millennium Park. Glass containers are prohibited in all other areas of Millenium Park.

The following user fee schedule shall be in effect for the City ice arena effective January 1, 2024:
1. 
Resident I.D. cards. Residents of the City may purchase a resident I.D. card which may be used to receive resident rates for golf and ice fees. Resident I.D. cards shall be valid for a period of three (3) years.
2. 
Business I.D. cards. Persons owning a business located in the City may purchase a business I.D. card which may be used to receive resident rates for golf and ice fees. Business I.D. cards shall be valid for a period of one (1) year and may be used at the business owner's discretion by any employee working in the City at the business for which the business I.D. is purchased. Persons owning a business within the City may purchase a number of business I.D. cards based on number people employed by the business in the City as follows:

The City Administrator or his designee shall have authority to temporarily amend ice arena fees or establish temporary fees for trial or pilot programs from time to time when deemed appropriate for the purposes of marketing the Dielmann Complex to maximize usage and revenues or to address other temporary needs when deemed appropriate and reasonable by the City Administrator.

The City Administrator shall set the total number of dog park annual memberships as deemed appropriate for park usage The City Administrator shall have authority to establish a period during the calendar year for residents of the City to exclusively purchase dog park memberships.
c. 
In order to purchase a membership, the dog owner must provide proof that the dog has been spayed and neutered and that the dog has current vaccinations for rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough).

1. 
For the purpose of determining greens fees, "senior" shall be defined as sixty (60) years of age and older. "Junior" shall be defined as seventeen (17) years and younger.
2. 
Tournament play requires a minimum of thirty-two (32) players with a maximum of sixty-eight (68) players, shotgun start.
B. 
The City Administrator or his designee shall have authority to temporarily discount golf course fees or establish temporary fees for trial or pilot programs from time to time when deemed appropriate for the purposes of marketing the golf course to maximize usage and revenues or to address other temporary needs when deemed appropriate and reasonable by the City Administrator.

A. 
A portion of Conway Park has been fenced and designated as a dog park, identified as the Creve Coeur Dog Park. All users of the dog park must have paid a membership fee as set forth in Section 240.030 of this Code and have a Creve Coeur Dog Park membership tag on their dog to be allowed in the facility.
B. 
The following regulations shall apply at the Creve Coeur Dog Park:
1. 
Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused by their dogs.
2. 
All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
3. 
Dog feces (and/or dog waste) must be cleaned up and properly disposed of by owners immediately.
4. 
All dogs must be on a leash until inside the fenced area.
5. 
Dog owners must carry a leash at all times, closely supervise their dogs and at no time may the owner leave the fenced area without his/her dog.
6. 
Gates must be closed except when entering or exiting the off-leash area.
7. 
Dogs must wear a current Creve Coeur Dog Park tag and current rabies vaccination tags.
8. 
Dogs must be under voice control at all times.
9. 
Owners must stop dogs from digging and must fill any holes caused by their dogs.
10. 
Pinch, spike and choke collars must be removed prior to entering the fenced off-leash area.
11. 
No children under ten (10) years of age allowed; older children must be under adult supervision. Dog handlers/owners must be sixteen (16) years of age.
12. 
No one may conduct any kind of commercial or professional business in the dog park without approval from the City.
13. 
No climbing on or over the fence.
14. 
No smoking or tobacco use inside the fenced area.
C. 
The following are not allowed in the fenced area of the dog park:
1. 
Dogs in heat;
2. 
Aggressive dogs or dangerous dogs as defined in the Municipal Code;
3. 
Dogs that are ill or injured;
4. 
Puppies under six (6) months of age;
5. 
Animals other than dogs;
6. 
Alcoholic beverages, food, dog treats, rawhide or glass containers;
7. 
Bicycles, electric bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or blades or any motorized vehicles, except wheelchairs.

8. 
The word "owner" applies to the adult person accompanying the dog(s).
9. 
A dog owner who fails to comply with the above rules may be asked to leave the dog park and may have their membership revoked.

Parking areas within City parks are limited to use by park patrons only. Unless authorized, no person shall park any vehicle within a City park except for the purpose of visiting the park.

Use of tennis courts within City parks is limited to tennis only. No person shall use such facilities for any activity other than playing tennis specifically, but not limited to rollerblading, skateboarding, bike riding or any other sport. Tennis shoes must be worn by participants. No person wearing cleats may enter the tennis court. Spectators shall remain outside of the fenced area.

A. 
Rental applications for the Tappmeyer House and park pavilions shall include the following information:
1. 
Name, address and age of adult applicant. If applicant is a corporation or organization, the name, addresses and age of responsible officer.
2. 
Description of type of event for which permit is sought.
3. 
The anticipated number of attendees at such event.
4. 
The date and time the event is to be held.
B. 
Applicants shall be subject to all rules for renting park pavilions and the Tappmeyer House as determined by the City of Creve Coeur. The City reserves the right to deny a permit for any valid reason to rent a park pavilion or the Tappmeyer House.

Bicycles, electric bicycles and motorized scooters may be operated within City parks (other than the fenced area of a dog park, the fitness trail and grassy area of Conway Park or other areas marked as restricted as applicable, such as restrictions against motorized use) but shall follow all applicable traffic rules as if operating on a roadway including those regarding use of helmets and rights-of-way of pedestrians. Motorized bicycles shall not be operated within City parks.
