A. Waste And Sewer Rates. Bi-monthly waste and sewer rates
charged by the City of Weatherby Lake shall be as follows:

B. In-City Water Rates. Bi-monthly water rates charged by the
City of Weatherby Lake shall be as follows:
1. $11.45 per 1,000 gallons for the first 4,000 gallons.
2. $5.00 per 1,000 gallons thereafter.

30, 2013)
C. Out-Of-City Water Rates. Bi-monthly water rates charged
by the City of Weatherby Lake shall be as follows:
1. $22.90 per 1,000 gallons for the first 4,000 gallons.
2. $10.00 per 1,000 gallons thereafter.

D. Automatic Increase In Sewer Or Water Rates. The City of
Kansas City, Missouri, has contracted with Weatherby Lake and provides
water to the City. In the event of a subsequent water rate increase
by the City of Kansas City, the City of Weatherby Lake's water rates
for in-City and out-of-City customers will increase by the amount
of the water rates raise to be effective commensurate with any increase
by the City of Kansas City. The City of Kansas City, Missouri, has
also contracted with Weatherby Lake to provide sewer to the City.
Any increase or decreases in the sewer rates shall be added to or
deducted from the following rates for sewer when adopted and implemented
by the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
E. All sewer and/or water bills will be delinquent after the 15th of the month and a penalty of ten percent (10%) shall be assessed against the customer. The customer's water will be subject to a cutoff on the twenty-sixth (26th) of the month if this amount is not paid and a charge of forty dollars ($40.00) will be made for restoring service. Failure of the customer to receive a bill is not an excuse for non-payment. Any insufficient funds checks shall be subject to an additional penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) as provided in Section
112.030.
F. Grinder Pump Fees. Bi-monthly grinder pump fees charged
by the City of Weatherby Lake shall be as follows:

A. The City of Weatherby Lake, Missouri, shall collect a water connection
fee from each new water service connection customer: This fee consists
of a two thousand and seven hundred dollar ($2,700.00) connection
charge for a short side connection or three thousand five hundred
dollars ($3,500.00) for a long side connection. For the purpose of
this Section "long side" shall mean when the service has to be run
from across a street.
B. New Water Service Fee For Existing Water Service.
1.
The City of Weatherby Lake shall collect a refundable water
deposit fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and a turn-on fee
of forty dollars ($40.00) from each new user of existing service.
