There is hereby created the office of Assistant City Clerk.
The City Administrator will perform the duties of the Assistant City
Clerk.

The duties of the Assistant City Clerk shall consist of all
of the duties assigned the City Clerk, to be performed in the absence,
illness or disability of the City Clerk.

The Assistant City Clerk shall be one of the City Officials
who shall be empowered to sign all checks for the City.
