A.
It
shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, store
or maintain discarded or used tires in such a condition or at such
a location so that rodents, mosquitoes or other vermin shall live
or breed therein.
B.
It
shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, store
or maintain discarded or used tires in such a number or at such a
location as to be readily visible from Village, County or State right-of-way
or from abutting property owners. A fence or ornamental screening
constructed pursuant to Section 405.180(6) of this Code shall comply
with this Section.
C.
For
the purposes of this Section, it shall be presumed that the existence
of fifty (50) or more used tires on one (1) tract of property is a
violation of this Section.
