Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of Articles II — VI shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not more than ninety (90) days or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and costs, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
