Any person convicted of doing any of the acts or things prohibited, made unlawful or misdemeanor, or the failing to do any of the things commanded to be done, as specified and set forth in this Code, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished in accordance with Section
100.100. Each day any violation of this Code continues shall constitute a separate offense.

A. Whenever
any offense is declared by any provision of this Code, absent a specific
or unique punishment prescribed, the offender shall be punished in
accordance with this Section:
1. A fine
of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00); or
2. Imprisonment
for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days; or
3. Both
such fine and imprisonment not to exceed (1) and (2) above.
B. Whenever
any provision of this Code declares that each day of violation of
a Code Section constitutes a separate offense, each day shall be deemed
ended at 6:00 P.M. on the day following the original or previous offense.
