Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before a District
Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not less than $100 and not more
than $1,000, together with costs of prosecution, including attorney's
fees, and in default thereof, to undergo imprisonment in the York
County Prison for a period not exceeding 30 days. Each day that a
violation continues shall be deemed and shall be taken to be a separate
offense and shall be punishable as such.
Fines and costs imposed under provisions of this chapter shall
be enforceable and recoverable in any manner at the time provided
by applicable law.
The remedies set forth in this chapter are in addition to any
and all other remedies that are or may be available to the Township
at law or in equity.
The Township shall have the right of access, at all reasonable
times, to any part of any improved property as necessary for purposes
of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing and
for performance of other functions relating to service rendered by
the Township.
The owner of any improved property shall be held liable for
all acts of tenants or other occupants of such improved property,
as may be permitted by law, insofar as such acts shall be governed
by the provisions of this chapter.
