The meter system of supplying and measuring water throughout
the City of Seymour be and is hereby adopted. All water sold or furnished
by the City of Seymour shall be paid for at the fixed meter rate.

Every user of water from the municipal water system of the City
of Seymour, Missouri, shall use said water only after it has been
metered in a water meter to be furnished by the Water Department of
the City of Seymour.

The City reserves the right to shut off the water without notice
at any time in the mains for the purpose of making repairs, cleaning,
making connections with or extensions to the same, or for the purpose
of concentrating water in any part of the City in case of fire and
for restricting the use of water in case of deficiency in the supply
and no claim shall be made against the City by reason of the breaking
of any service pipes or service cock or for damages arising from the
shutting off of water for repairing, laying, or relaying mains, installing
or replacing hydrants or other connections, or for restricted service
of water as set forth above.
