In accordance with Section 365.050 and when signs are erected
giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle
between the hours or upon the days specified herein within the district
or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

A "truck" is defined as any vehicle twenty-five (25) feet or
longer. Said twenty-five (25) feet includes the length of any trailer
attached to or attachable to a towing vehicle. Truck parking is prohibited
for more than two (2) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period in
the following locations:
