When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate a commercial vehicle except as provided under Section 365.070 upon any of the following streets or parts of streets:

No truck or other commercial vehicles having a manufacturer's rated capacity of one (1) ton or more shall hereafter be parked on the following streets bordering on the public square in the City of Seymour:
Location
That part of Commercial Street and Main Street:
Between the south right-of-way line of Washington Street and the north right-of-way line of Market Street.
That part of Market Street and Washington Street:
Between the east right-of-way line of Main Street and the west right-of-way line of Commercial Street.
Exception: Any truck or other commercial vehicle coming under the provisions of this Schedule shall be exempted therefrom when unloading freight or other articles to an established place of business fronting on said public square; provided however, that such exemption shall be for no longer duration than reasonably necessary for such unloading process and in no event shall such exemption last for longer than thirty (30) minutes unless permission is first had and obtained from the City Police or Chief of Police.

No person shall operate a commercial vehicle licensed for a weight of eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds on the following streets or parts of streets:

From Skyline Drive to the east end of Anderson Street

From Clinton Avenue to the north end of Commercial Street
Court Street:
From its intersection with Peightel Street to West Division Street
Frances Street:
From Clinton Avenue to the north end of Frances Street
Garfield Avenue:
From Frances Street to Cordie Street
Main Street:
From Clinton Avenue to the north end of Main Street
Peightel Street:
From its intersection with Park Street to its intersection with Thoroughfare Street
Park Street:
From its intersection with Peightel Street to West Division Street
Puryear Street:
From its intersection with Peightel Street to West Division Street
Rhodes Avenue:
From its intersection with Peightel Street to West Division Street
West Division Street:
From its intersection with Missouri Highway K to its intersection with Business Route Highway 60
Exception: The provisions of this Schedule shall not apply to any commercial vehicle making a local delivery or pickup on the aforesaid City streets, providing the operator of said vehicle can prove such delivery purpose. Commercial vehicles as designated in this Schedule shall include the vehicles owned and operated by political subdivisions.
