Parking areas shall meet the normal high-water line setback
requirements for structures for the district in which such parking
areas are located. The setback requirement for parking areas serving
public boat launching facilities in the Resource Protection district,
Limited Residential district and Stream Protection district, may be
reduced to no less than 50 feet from the normal high-water line or
upland edge of a wetland if the Planning Board finds that no other
reasonable alternative exists.

Parking areas shall be adequately sized for the proposed use
and shall be designed to prevent stormwater runoff from flowing directly
into a water body, and, where feasible, to retain all runoff on-site.
