Section 100.300 Employees of Park Hills To Be Held Harmless From Claims, Causes of Action, Etc. — When.

The Board of Aldermen hereby states that they shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Park Hills and any of its employees, agents or representatives from and againt any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from and relating to assistance given by the City of Park Hills to the City of Desloge for the enforcement of occupancy permits within the City of Desloge.
