It shall be, and is hereby declared to be, unlawful for any
person or persons, being the owner or owners, or having the care or
control, of any horse, mule, ass, jenny, cattle, hog, sheep, or goat,
or any goose, duck, turkey, guinea or chicken, to suffer or permit
the same to run at large within the corporate limits of the City.
And it shall be the duty of every such owner or person having the
care or control of such animal or fowl, aforesaid, to keep the same
within a proper enclosure.

When any animal or fowl shall be found running at large within the corporate limits of this City, it shall be the duty of the Animal Control Warden to restrain the same in the City Stock Pound. Said animal or fowl shall be safely kept therein until properly disposed of. Redemption of said animals shall be the same as described in Section
210.060.
