(a) Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in
this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section,
except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
POINT OF ENTRY
The point where any path, walkway, road or driveway enters
such lands or premises.
(b) No person shall willfully enter the lands or premises of another
without lawful authority after having been forbidden so to do by the
owner or occupant, or the agent or servant of the owner or occupant.
(c) No person shall willfully enter the lands or premises of another
without legal authority, which lands or premises are fenced or enclosed
and maintained in a manner to exclude intruders or are posted in a
conspicuous manner against entry. Such posting shall be done by the
owner or occupant of the lands or premises, or the agent or servant
of the owner or occupant. The minimum letter height on the posted
signs shall be two inches and the signs shall be placed as to enable
a person to observe not less than one sign at any point of entry upon
the land or premises.
(d) No person being upon the lands or premises of another shall neglect
or refuse to depart such lands or premises after having been notified
to depart therefrom by the owner or occupant, or the agent or servant
of the owner or occupant.
