Except as otherwise provided, every vehicle stopped or parked
upon a roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels
of such vehicle parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the
right-hand curb or curb line or edge of the roadway.
On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City
Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand
a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway
indicated by such signs or markings.

A. On those
roadways designated by ordinance, vehicles shall be parked so that
the right side of the vehicle forms a thirty degree (30°) angle
with the curb with the front end of the vehicle at the curb, curb
line or roadway edge.
B. On those
roadways designated by ordinance, vehicles shall be parked so that
the right side of the vehicle forms a thirty degree (30°) angle
with the curb with the rear wheels of the vehicle at the curb or curb
line.
C. On those
roadways designated by ordinance, vehicles shall be parked so that
the front end of the vehicle is perpendicular to and forms a ninety
degree (90°) angle with the curb or curb line.
D. No driver
of any vehicle exceeding twenty (20) feet in length shall park such
vehicle on any roadway where angle parking is authorized
