The Town hereby votes to authorize the Selectmen
to make final determinations regarding the closing or opening of roads
to winter maintenance pursuant to 23 M.R.S.A. § 2953.

The Town hereby prohibits anyone from plowing snow across, or
into Town roads, or otherwise place and allow to remain on a public
way snow or slush that has not accumulated there naturally.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall
be liable to a fee of up to $100 and/or reimbursement of costs to
the Town to clean up portion of Town Road on which violation has taken
place.
