§ 197-19 Failure to obey a duly authorized sign.

§ 197-19 Failure to obey a duly authorized sign.

Unless otherwise specified by state law, or unless otherwise specifically set forth in the Federalsburg Town Code, the failure to obey any duly authorized sign regulating the use of public property or public ways within the Town of Federalsburg shall constitute a municipal infraction as set forth in § 1-10 of the Federalsburg Town Code.[1]

For purposes of this section, a duly authorized sign shall be any sign regulating the use of any public property or public way, including signs regulating parking, which shall be posted by the Town police or Town Public Works Department with authority of the Mayor and Council of Federalsburg.
