Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 45,
Critical Area, adopted 12-4-2000, as amended. Section 3 of this ordinance
stated that all prior critical area ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict with this ordinance are repealed, except that in any case
in which the Zoning Ordinance and this ordinance conflict, the Zoning
Ordinance shall control.
