A.
A Reserve
Police Force is hereby established.
B.
The
Reserve Police Force is under the direct command of the Chief of Police.
The Chief of Police shall establish and enforce policy and procedures
for the conduct of the Reserve Force.
C.
The
purpose of the Reserve Police Force shall be to provide the regular
Police Force with additional trained manpower as needed to provide
peace and security to the residents of the City.
D.
The
Reserve Police Force shall serve without compensation. The Police
Department Reserve Force and the Reserve Police Force shall serve
at the pleasure of the Mayor and Chief of Police.
