Section 5/11-1301.3 of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS), entitled "Unauthorized Use of Parking Places Reserved for Persons with Disabilities," is hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this article with the same force and effect as though set out in full herein.
An alleged violation of the section of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in § 200-4 shall be considered a violation of this article and shall be subject to administrative adjudication pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties and Enforcement, of the Village Code.
The Village Code Enforcement Officer and Will County Deputy Sheriff's police officers are authorized to issue citations for violations of this article.
Any person violating this article shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
