A. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the streets of the City unless he/she has in his/her possession a valid license which is current, unrevoked and not under suspension, issued to such person by this State or the State of his/her residence.
B. 
Such valid license shall be carried at all times by the holder thereof while driving a motor vehicle, and shall be displayed to any Police or Traffic Officer, or any other duly authorized person, for inspection when demand is made therefor. Failure of an operator to exhibit his/her license to a Police or Traffic Officer, or other duly authorized Officer, upon demand, shall be presumptive evidence that such person is not a duly licensed motor vehicle operator.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle with an instruction permit, valid license issued to another.

No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him/her or under his/her control to be driven upon any street or highway by any person who is not authorized to do so under the laws of the State.

A. 
No person shall operate a motorcycle, motortricycle or other two (2) or three (3) wheeled self-propelled vehicle upon any street or highway if said persons operator's license does not indicate that said person has passed the examination for the operation of a motorcycle or has been issued an instruction permit therefore.
B. 
No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motorcycle, motortricycle or other two (2) or three (3) wheeled self-propelled vehicle owned by him/her or under his/her control to be driven upon any street or highway by any person whose operator's license does not indicate that the person has passed the examination for the operation of a motorcycle or has been issued an instruction permit therefor.
No person shall cause or knowingly permit his/her child or ward under the age of sixteen (16) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any highway when such minor is not authorized hereunder or in violation of any of the provisions of Sections 302.010 to 302.260, RSMo.
