No person shall operate at any time or for any reason upon the
Finley River within the City limits any boat or other watercraft in
a manner that creates a wake. Such vehicles operated by any public
safety officer shall be exempted.

No person shall operate at any time or for any reason upon the
Finley River within the City limits any "personal recreational water
vehicle" to include, but not limited to, "jet skis" or "wave runners".
Such vehicles operated by any public safety officer shall be exempted.

Every person operating a boat or other watercraft, notwithstanding
horsepower of its motor or engine, upon the Finley River within City
limits shall operate the same in a careful and prudent manner, exercising
the highest degree of care, and shall operate same at a rate of speed
so as not to endanger the property of another, the life and limb of
any person, or waterfowl in or upon said river.

No person shall operate at any time or for any reason any boat
or other watercraft under the metal bridge on McCracken Road crossing
the Finley River or south of said bridge to the "mill" dam. Vehicles
operated by any public safety officer shall be exempted.
