The Board of Aldermen hereby adopts the 2018 International Property
Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council,
Inc., as if spelled out herein, save and except such portions thereof
as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, for the control
of buildings and structures as herein provided. A copy of said code
is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ozark, Missouri.

A.
The
2018 International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted, is hereby
amended and changed as follows:
1.
Amend Section 101.1 by adding the following language: The City of
Ozark.
2.
Amend Section 103.5, Fees, by adding the following language at the end of the paragraph: See Section 500.190 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ozark.
3.
Amend Section 106.4, Violation Penalties, by adding the following language at the end of the paragraph: See Section 500.200 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ozark.
4.
Delete Section 111 in its entirety.
5.
Add new language in a new Section as follows: Section 304.3 Premises Address Numbers. Refer to Section 500.170 Adoption of International Fire Code.
6.
Amend Section 602.3 by adding the following language: September 15th
and March 15th.
7.
Amend Section 602.4 by adding the following language: September 15th
and March 15th.
8.
Amend Section 606.1, General, by adding the following language at
the end of the paragraph: All elevators shall be inspected and approved
by the State Fire Marshal's Elevator Inspectors on an annual basis.
