Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Article VII, Department of Public Works, as amended. Former Parts A and C were reenacted as Parts A and B of this article. Former Part B, Streets and Sidewalks, was renumbered as Article VII A; former Part D, Parks and Cemeteries, was repealed by L.L. No. 7-1972 and such provisions appear in § 7A-19 and Article XI A; and former Part E, Water Pollution Control, was repealed by L.L. No. 11-1971.
