has the specific authority under § 7.30 (1), Wis. Stats.,
to adopt this article. This article allows the use of split shifts
for election workers.

The Village Clerk-Treasurer may, in the exercise of discretion,
establish different working hours for election officials assigned
to the polling place. This discretion shall include but not be limited
to allowing designated election officials to work for less than a
full day.
