A.
The alley
entrance to the municipal parking lot on the Mississippi County Library
District Lot in Charleston, Missouri, is hereby declared to open only
to westbound vehicular traffic and it shall be unlawful for any person
or persons to operate a motor vehicle or other vehicle upon and over
the said alley entrance to said municipal parking lot or upon any
part of the said alley in any direction except westerly.
B.
Appropriate
signs indicating that the said alley is one-way west only shall be
erected and maintained at intervals along said alley, by the City
of Charleston, Missouri.
