Section 115.350 Office Created; Fulfillment.

The Park Hills City Council hereby creates a new salaried employee position, City Treasurer/Deputy City Clerk, which shall combine the previous duties of the City Treasurer and Deputy City Clerk. Said position shall be a salaried position. Fulfillment of said position shall be based on the nomination of the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the full City Council.
