A. It shall be unlawful to drive or operate
any motor vehicle on the streets and boulevards of the City of Park
Hills designated in this Schedule except passenger vehicles, motorcycles,
and trucks having a rated capacity of one (1) ton or less and having
a gross weight of less than eight thousand (8,000) pounds. School
buses, trucks making delivery to a property situated on one (1) of
the streets listed below, City-owned vehicles, emergency vehicles,
and vehicles owned by a resident of one (1) of the streets listed
below and traveling to or from their residence are exempt from the
application of this Section.
B. Any person convicted of violating this
Schedule shall be adjudged guilty of an ordinance violation and shall
be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in
the County Jail not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
