Any person, persons or corporation
who shall violate the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty
of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be assessed a fine
with a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or three (3) months
in Jail, or both and each day shall be considered a separate offense,
therefore the fine may be assessed for each day the violation occurs.
