The lands and facilities of the municipal beach in the Village
of Sag Harbor, New York, known as "Havens Beach," are hereby designated
a municipal beach of the Village of Sag Harbor.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
RESIDENT OF THE VILLAGE
Includes any person who is a taxpayer of the Village of Sag
Harbor, a permanent resident of said Village, a temporary resident
of said Village or an occupant guest of any motel, hotel or boarding-,
rooming or tourist house located within said Village.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon
conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both, for each and every such violation.

All boat engines must be shut off when loading or unloading
at any Village ramp or landing.
No person shall park or leave any unattended vehicle on any
Village ramp.
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall
pay a civil fine not to exceed $50.
