[Adopted as § A.1 of the Town Code]
The Town shall participate in the Old Age and Survivors Insurance
System as provided for in Sections 7-452 through 7-459, inclusive,
of the C.G.S., in accordance with the existing agreement between the
State Retirement Commission and the Town of Marlborough, dated February
20, 1956, excluding therefrom the services performed by individuals
to whom Section 218(c)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 418)
is applicable.
