In addition to the provisions of the Town Charter Section 3.4.3,
the following restriction on the acceptance of new roads shall be
followed. Due to icing conditions, snow, and the general inclemency
of the weather during the winter months, the Town of Marlborough is
hereby prohibited from accepting any new roads between the dates of
November 15 and April 15 of any year.
