A.
The
2012 International Plumbing Code is adopted by the City of Rogersville,
and is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of the City
Code of the City of Rogersville, Missouri, as fully as if set out
in its entirety herein.

B.
The
provisions of the 2012 International Plumbing Code, and any referenced
standards thereto, and Appendixes thereto, if any, shall govern all
construction within the City of Rogersville, Missouri.

C.
Penalty. Any person who shall violate a provision of the
Plumbing Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements
thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a plumbing
system in violation of an approved plan or directive of the Building
Official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions
of the Plumbing Code, shall upon conviction thereof, be punishable
by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment
not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days, or both such fine and
imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed
a separate offense.
