VII. General provisions applicable to all districts are included throughout this chapter.
C. The CC2
subdistrict represents all parcels within the CC District fronting
on Cabot Street and parcels within the CC District extending from
Cabot Street, from the northern boundary of the CC District just north
of Elliott Street to the intersection with Rantoul Street (at 38 Cabot
Street).
