Pursuant to Section 77.042, RSMo., as amended, a City Administrator
form of government is adopted.

A. An
ordinance shall be adopted, including provisions of salary, employment,
promotion, suspension and discharge of the City Administrator. The
City Administrator shall be appointed by the Board of Aldermen with
the consent of the Mayor. The City Administrator shall be the Chief
Administrative Assistant to the Mayor.
B. The
City Administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority
pursuant to Section 77.044, RSMo., as amended.
C. The
City Administrator shall meet the minimum qualifications as set forth
in Section 77.044, RSMo., as amended.

A. The
City Administrator shall have general superintending control of the
administration and management of the government business, officers
and employees of the City, subject to the direction and supervision
of the Mayor.
B. The
City Administrator shall appoint and discharge all other officers,
department heads and employees of the City, except elected officials,
with the consent of the Board of Aldermen.
