This Part shall be known as the "Residency Notification Ordinance."

As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
One who grants a lease or rents real estate to another for
dwelling purposes.
Any natural person, partnership, association, firm or corporation.
The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include
the feminine and the neuter.
Includes, but is not limited to, all single-family dwelling
units, multiple-family units, apartments, townhouses and mobile homes
sites.
Taxing district consisting of the South Butler School District
comprised of Clinton Township, Penn Township, Saxonburg Borough, Winfield
Township, and Jefferson Township.

Each individual 18 years of age or older who moves into the district
shall be required to give notice to the Earned Income Tax Commissioner
for South Butler School District upon a form provided for this purpose
that he has established residence within the district.
2.
When such person is a member of a family unit moving into the district,
notice need only be given by the head of the family unit specifying
all persons in the family unit that have taken up residence within
the district.
3.
Said notice shall be given, upon the forms provided, within 10 days
after residence is established within the district.

Each person, landlord, or lesser who owns or controls property
within the district that is leased, granted or rented as a dwelling
unit is hereby required to notify the Earned Income Tax Commissioner
upon the forms provided of any change in occupancy of any of his facilities.

The provisions of this Part shall be enforced by the joint efforts
of the Township Real Estate and Per Capita Tax Collector and the District
Earned Income Tax Commissioner.
