The following fees shall be charged to cover various administrative
costs.

A fee of $25 shall be charged for a municipal no-lien letter,
floodplain certification letter, or zoning compliance letter. Tax
certification letters shall be $10 per year.
A fee of $25 shall be charged for the issuance of a special
permit authorized by the Council of Peters Township.

A fee of $0.25 per photocopy shall be charged for requests for
copies of public documents. Copies of maps or books shall be charged
at the cost of printing those documents. A fee of $10 per compact
disk (CD) will be charged to download information in that medium.
A fee of $4 per sheet shall be charged for the copying or printing
of large-scale drawings.
Reproduction of videos in any format will be for a fee+ of $10
per video.
All costs associated with retrieval of information stored off
site shall be paid by the person requesting the information.
