The following bridges are closed to truck traffic:
A certain bridge located on what is shown on the City plats
as the extension of Central Avenue and the now abandoned St. Louis
Public Service Company right-of-way which bridge is approximately
three hundred seventy-five (375) feet north of the intersection of
Rosalie Avenue and Central Avenue.
