In accordance with Section 360.010 of this Title, parking shall, on certain roads or streets or parts thereof, be prohibited or restricted at the Fire Lanes or Emergency Vehicle Lanes as described in this Schedule:

The following are fire lanes:
Agnes Avenue, south side, from Brentwood Boulevard one hundred (100) feet east to the loading dock for the Centre 40 building.
Bluebird Terrace, east side, between 1430 and 1434 Bluebird Terrace, sixteen (16) feet north side of the barrier.
Bluebird Terrace, west side, between 1433 and 1441 Bluebird Terrace, sixteen (16) feet south side of barrier.
Bompart Plaza, extending east to west one hundred seventy (170) feet the entire length of the complex and the width indicated by signs or markings at such location, entrances and exits off M-100.
Brentshire Walk, south side of parking lot five hundred ten (510) feet east to west and nineteen (19) feet wide.
Brentwood Boulevard:
Building numbers 2534 through 2584, both front entrances, north and south, twenty-five (25) feet in width for each entrance.
The west center drive in front of the building between parking areas; twenty-two (22) feet in width east to west and three hundred sixty-six (366) feet in length north to south.
The full length of the north and south driveways that lead to the (east) rear of the building twenty-three (23) feet wide both driveways.
The rear east driveway fifteen (15) feet in width, east to west, and three hundred sixty-seven (367) feet in length, north to south.
2510, Kimberly Building, front entrance and exits, extending north to south two hundred ten (210) feet, the entire length of the building and fifteen (15) feet wide.
From the west entrance east one hundred seventy-eight (178) feet; then north one hundred five (105) feet to Manchester Road entrance. The driveway fire lane is twenty-five (25) feet in width.
Bi-State property located at 3000 Brentwood Boulevard. The fire lane will begin at the south entrance to the property and continue east, then north, and then west to the north exit of the Bi-State property onto Brentwood Boulevard. The entire perimeter of the structure and of the parking lot will be included. All of the above mentioned driveway is to be designated a fire lane.
The entire perimeter of the buildings numbered 1507 through 1811 Brentwood Boulevard, said area not including any loading dock areas along the western rear driveway, as well as the driveway along the western frontage of the building numbered 1901 Brentwood Boulevard.
Brentwood Community Center, from the sidewalk curb in front of the Brentwood Community Center extending south to north two hundred seventy-four (274) feet and twenty-four (24) feet in width; south entrance east to west one hundred ninety (190) feet and twenty-five (25) feet wide; north entrance east to west two hundred fifty-eight (258) feet and twenty-five (25) feet wide. All vehicles must be parked in compliance with the painted individual spaces on the Community Center parking area.
Brentwood High School service road, from the north end south forty-one (41) feet in width; to include the entire length and width of the service road which is two hundred six (206) feet long and forty-one (41) feet wide.
Brentwood Industrial Drive, on the south side, prohibiting parking from 8100 east to 8274 west.
Cecelia Avenue, from the north end of Dayton's driveway, 2438 Cecelia, fifty-nine (59) feet in length, south to north to the street sign marked Litzsinger and Cecelia. This portion of the fire lane will be twenty-three (23) feet in width east to west. The designated fire lane would also include a portion of Litzsinger. This would include an area one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet in length from the intersection of Litzsinger and Cecelia traveling east to west. This portion would be nineteen (19) feet six (6) inches in width north to south. The above applies to both sides of the above-discussed street.
Eager Road:
The north and south elevations of 8404 Eager Road and the entire perimeter of the buildings numbered 8420 through 8482 Eager Road, said area not including any loading dock areas along said buildings.
8310, the entire length of the drive on the east side of the building extending four hundred (400) feet north to south and fourteen (14) feet wide.
Hanley Industrial Court, 810, the south drive of the building east to west seventy-four (74) feet and twenty-four (24) feet wide.
Hanley Road — Home Depot Building. The southernmost one hundred eighty-five (185) feet of the building frontage on the east side of the building, said area not to include the front of the garden storage area of the premises; and the southernmost one hundred fifty (150) feet of the most western portion of the building, said area not including the loading dock area.
South Hanley, the main entrance on the east side of the building north to south twenty (20) feet and twenty (20) feet wide.
South Hanley, 1401, the entire length of building on the south side east to west one hundred eleven (111) feet and twenty-three (23) feet wide. The entire length of the building on the west side two hundred thirty-four (234) feet north to south twenty-three (23) feet wide.
Hathaway Avenue, on the west side, from Agnes Avenue to the south line of Eager Road.
Helen Avenue, on the west side, from Rosalie Avenue to White Avenue.
Madge Avenue, on the north side, from the west line of Brentwood Boulevard to the east line of High School Drive.
Magdalen Avenue, two hundred forty (240) feet to the east line of Brentwood Boulevard.
Mary Avenue, south side from 2761 Mary Avenue through 2767 Mary Avenue, eighteen (18) feet wide by one hundred fifty-two (152) feet long. Runs east to west.
McGrath School driveway, on the north side of the ingress lane and the north side of the egress lane. The drive extends eastwardly from the east curb line of St. Clair Avenue for a distance of approximately one hundred fifty (150) feet and the driveway then extends westwardly for a distance of approximately one hundred fifty (150) feet to the east curb line of St. Clair Avenue.
East Pine Avenue, on the north side, from the east line of Brentwood Boulevard eastward to its intersection with Woodsey Drive.
Rock Hill Baptist Church, the drive on the north side of the entire length of the building east to west two hundred twelve (212) feet in length and nineteen (19) feet wide. The drive on the south side of the entire length of the building east to west two hundred forty-two (242) feet and nineteen (19) feet wide.
St. Mary Magdalen:
First (1st) drive north to south three hundred (300) feet and ten (10) feet wide.
Second (2nd) drive north to south one hundred sixty-two (162) feet and twenty (20) feet wide.
Third (3rd) drive north to south two hundred sixty-eight (268) feet and seventeen (17) feet wide.
Salem Drive, on the west side, from Manchester to Marblehead Drive.
Schnucks Market, the entire north side and driveway entrance off M-100 extending east to west two hundred thirty-six (236) feet the entire length of the building and fifteen (15) feet wide and the east side of the building north to south two hundred thirty-three (233) feet and twenty-two (22) feet wide.
South Hanley Road, 1819, south and west sides of the building.
Strassner Drive:
1200, east of Hanley Road on both sides of the street.
1201 through 1209, northeast side of the street.
1210, north and south sides of the building.
1221, east side of the street.
1231, north and south sides of the street all the way to 1235 Strassner Drive (North Parking Garage).
1230 through 1250, north, west and south sides of the building.
1241, west side of the street directly across from 1209 Strassner Drive, excluding designated parking spaces.
1241 and 1251, north side of the street to the 1300 block of Strassner Drive.
1260, east and west sides of the building.
1270, east side of the building to parking garage, north side of the building to the 1300 block of Strassner Drive, except designated parking spaces.
Stratford Lane, on the north side, from High School Drive west to the north-south segment of Stratford Lane.
Stratford Lane, on the west side of the north-south segment, from White Avenue southwardly to the east-west segment of Stratford Lane.
U.S. Post Office, the front driveway east to west forty-one (41) feet and fifteen (15) feet wide; south driveway east to west one hundred seventy (170) feet and twenty-three (23) feet wide.
Urban Drive, from a point on the east side eighty-five (85) feet north of north curb of Memorial Drive to a point thirty-five (35) feet south of the south curb at Parker Lane.
Van Mark Way Apartments, all drive-through lanes not designated parking spaces.
The Villas at Brentwood, on the west frontage, the east side of the entire block of Brentwood Boulevard for a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet south of Evans Avenue and the driveways leading to the west parking lot; on the north, the south side of Evans Avenue except that portion painted and designated as a loading and unloading zone for vehicles moving persons in or out of the apartment buildings; and, on the east frontage, both sides of the driveway connecting the parking garage with Rose Avenue.
White Building, on the west frontage, the east side of the entire block of Brentwood Boulevard from Evans Avenue to Rose Avenue; on the north frontage, the south side of that portion of Rose Avenue which extends from Brentwood Boulevard to the alley abutting the parking structure of the building; on the east frontage, both sides of the aforementioned alley between Rose Avenue and Evans Avenue; and on the south frontage, the north side of that portion of Evans Avenue which extends from the aforementioned alley in a westerly direction to Brentwood Boulevard.

South Brentwood, 2321 to 2337, from north to south along the front of the building.
Walgreens parking lot, both sides of the driveway entrance off of Brentwood Boulevard from the westernmost boundary line of Brentwood Boulevard to the rear of the building.
Walgreens parking lot, the front of the building from the west curb (twenty-three (23) feet) to the east boundary line of the driveway that runs north to south in front of the main entrances to the building.
Walgreens parking lot, from the south boundary of Litzsinger Road then south (two hundred thirty-eight (238) feet) to the curb at the south end of the driveway.
